Lunch Cancellation Policies for School Absences
Ki's™ School Lunches is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your child does not attend school on a day a lunch has been purchased a lunch credit can be issued, provided Ki's™ School Lunches receives notice, a minimum of 24 hours in advance, by e-mail. info@kisschoollunches.com.
Cash refunds will not be given, only lunch credit.
Lunch Refund Policies
Cash refunds are only available for the following reasons and must be processed by telephone 760-436-5236.

Long term purchase has been made and family relocates.

Student is sick or injured for a period of 1 month or longer.

Student is sick or injured and cannot finish the school year.
Delivery Policy Delivery is provided by Ki's™sSchool Lunches to the participating school. Delivery fee is included in the price of the purchased lunch. Delivery days are set up in advance by the participating school and Ki's™ School Lunches.
